Alexia leads Veliss Law across both offices. Her practice is civil litigation, covering insurance defense, premises liability, construction defect, specialty insurance litigation, and business litigation.
Her defense work spans the full range of insurance-related matters, built both in solo practice and as a partner in a full-service firm. For a business or an individual, that range means an attorney who has seen how a claim behaves from several vantage points at once: the policy, the liability question, and the commercial pressure a dispute puts on the people living through it.
She has also represented entertainers and artists. Those matters carry reputational and press exposure alongside the legal question, and they are handled with discretion from the first call.
